This week I popped into Jigsaw in Leeds to take a peak at their Autumn collection. The store was full of gorgeous berry tones, sumptuous textures and classic staples.
I was spoilt for choice when it came to making a selection for ‘Anna’s Edit’ and would highly recommend a visit to your local branch if you’re looking to update your Autumn wardrobe with some truly gorgeous pieces this season.
Here are my top three picks and how I’d style them…
Floaty, floral dresses are not just for Summer and this one immediately caught my eye. The combination of colours gives it a subtle Autumn feel but I can also imagine wearing this right through into Spring.
Style with… trainers and a denim jacket whilst the weather is still mild. Once the temperatures drop you can add a roll neck underneath, a leather jacket and tan knee high boots for a fabulous Autumn/Winter look. This dress would also look gorgeous with a longline camel coat (another Autumn/Winter staple in my opinion).
Try… adding a black or tan leather belt around the middle to emphasise your waist.

I wear culottes all year round and currently have just the one pair in navy. When I spied these trousers I knew they were coming home with me. A classic Autumn colour; you will be wearing these season after season.
Style with… any type of footwear you choose! Trainers, courts, knee highs will all look great with this style of cropped trouser making them easy to dress up or down. On your top half try a simple tee, breton top, silk blouse (perfect for the office), some cosy cashmere or a chunky knit.
The possibilities are endless!
Try… to show your shape. Tuck your tops in with this style of trouser to ensure you don’t hide your waist – even a subtle ‘half tuck’ at the front is enough to draw the eye in and give you some shape.

Many of my clients will be familiar with this next pick but I wanted to include it anyway as it is such a great staple to have in your wardrobe – the Jigsaw Modal Lace vest.
Not only do these come in an array of colours, the pretty lace detail at the top and bottom mean they are the perfect layering piece.
If you have a low-cut dress or top they’re ideal for protecting your modesty whilst adding a touch of subtle femininity to your overall look.
If you have a straighter body shape then the lace edging at the bottom is also ideal to create interest and shape around the hip/waist area.

I’ll be back next week with another edit from my favourite brands and stores; if there is anyone you’d like me to include for you just drop me a note – [email protected]
Until next time,
Anna xoxo
