Happy New Year!
The blog is back for 2023!
One of my intentions this year is to write more so this felt like a good place to start. We have had a lovely, relaxed and very indulgent festive period – it has been wonderful, but as someone who thrives on routine (and loves her job!) I have to say I am looking forward to getting back to work next week! For now though I’m enjoying time with family (and finishing off the cheese and chocolates!)
I have never been one for New Year’s resolutions but I do love to set goals and intentions to work towards. I usually do this monthly to make it feel less overwhelming, and I truly believe that during January in particular we need to extra kind to ourselves. It takes time to get back into our routines after the fun and excess of Christmas.
If, like me, you have a young family, the chances are you’ve been rushing around doing Christmas activities, organising presents and play dates, entertaining friends and visiting family. It’s wonderful and magical and we wouldn’t trade it for the world BUT it can also be exhausting, leaving us heading back to work/school/life feeling like we need a week alone in a dark, quiet room rather than refreshed and ready to hit the ground running with a load of ‘New Year, New Me’ resolutions to put ourselves under a bit of extra pressure to boot.
Like I say, I don’t do resolutions and I want to encourage you to buck the trend too. Instead, I want to help you re-set, re-charge and take a little time back for you this January with myself and my gorgeous Style Sanctuary community.
The Style & Self Care Re-Set
Starting on Monday 9th January and lasting 14 days I’m going to take you on a mini style & self care journey to help you put yourself back at the top of your priority list with bitesize daily emails.
What Do We Cover?
During the 14 days we cover everything from defining your signature style through to how to wear colour and dressing for your body shape. Along the way I’ll be sharing daily style affirmations to help foster a positive mind set and setting mini challenges to get you viewing your wardrobe with a fresh perspective.
Will It Take Up Lots Of Time?
As a busy working Mum I know how busy life can be! I’ve designed the programme to be bitesize – each day should take no longer than 10-20 minutes to complete. I want to encourage you to view this as time for YOU and just as important as daily movement or cooking a delicious meal from scratch. You deserve to have some time dedicated just to you each day!
How Do I Access The Re-Set Programme?
The re-set programme is available to members of The Style Sanctuary, which you can sign-up to here. Membership is £8.99 per month and you can cancel at any time, so you can just join us for the re-set programme and then say goodbye!
How Is The Programme Delivered?
Once you’ve subscribed to TSS you will receive emails each day from 9th January onwards.
All of the content for the programme will also be accessible within our member’s area on my website too – so if you want to skip ahead you can, or you can easily access any content you may have missed to want to watch again.
As a TSS member you also have access to all of my historical content which covers everything from trends to body shapes – you can explore and watch/download as much content as you want during your membership period, however short or long that may be.
